In 2003, Delta, in collaboration with the famous Milanese architect Francesco Rienzi, proposed a fascinating itinerant journey around the world to discover all those indigenous populations that have escaped public attention, yet are still strongly tied to their history, culture, tradition, and religion.

Today, Delta continues its journey in the discovery of new indigenous people. Two decades later, the Indigenous People series is enhanced with the addition of a new extraordinary pen: Sentinelesi. The Sentinelese people are one of the most isolated and enigmatic ethnic groups in the world. They reside on North Sentinel Island, one of the Andaman Islands in the Bay of Bengal; the Sentinelese are known for their strict isolation from the rest of the world.

Handcrafted in all its complexity, Delta Indigenous People Sentinelesi fountain pen is a work composed of countless parts that differ in materials, colors and finishes. The colors reflect the visions of the places: sky, sea, earth, forest, that is, everything that the human eye can see when approaching the island of North Sentinel.

The clip is inspired by the rudimentary weapon with which the men of that people use to hunt. The small metal parts are embellished with consistent 24-carat gold plating. The fountain pen is equipped with a 14k gold nib where is engraved in relief the geographical conformation of the island. It fills ink via a piston filler mechanism and is limited to 388 pieces worldwide.
