Taccia Tama-Mizu is the collection of fountain pen depicting abundant water flowing from mountain with the use of Urushi lacquer. Every pen is made by painting the pattern of water with a brush and then making it glossy by putting a transparent lacquer on it over and over again.
The word Tama-Mizu is made of "big drop" (Tama) and "water" (Mizu).
Taccia Tama-Mizu Urushi Eigetsu represents the water surface of the river reflecting the moon light. Like water looks different by light, Tama-Mizu Urushi fountain pen also changes the impression on how the light hits it.
The design of this pen came from the scabbard of Japanese Samurai sword and. It is a perfect cylindric made with precious and high-quality ebonite. The 14 KT gold nib is made by Sailor, the pen in fact only accept original Sailor converter/cartridges.
On the bottom body is hand-painted a signature from the artist and its serial number. Limited edition to only 288 pieces worldwide.
